Trade show videographer in Paris

Your stand on video, from build-up to close: highlight films, vertical edits for social media and visitor interviews. So your presence at the show keeps working long after the doors close.

What a trade show video does for you

  • Get more from your stand. A trade show is a big spend for a few days: video stretches its visibility over months.
  • Feed your social channels during the show. Your followers see the crowds and the new products as it happens.
  • Make the case for next year. A highlight film shows your teams, partners and clients what happened on the stand.
  • Keep a record for internal comms. For everyone who couldn’t make it.

Your deliverables

  • A landscape highlight film of around 2 minutes for your website, presentations and LinkedIn.
  • A vertical highlight film of around 1 min 30 s for Instagram and TikTok.
  • Short vertical clips of the key moments: visitors arriving, demos, guests, interviews.
  • Stand photography as an option, shot on the same days.

Turnaround is agreed with you, based on your posting schedule.

Trade show work

Artisanat du Maroc

A repeat client I follow at Paris trade shows: Foire de Paris 2025, Rétromobile, Bijorhca 2026. Several days on site each time, delivering a landscape highlight film, a vertical highlight film, daily vertical clips and around 300 photos per show.

How I work on a stand

  • I prepare with you: peak hours, demos, guests, key messages.
  • I stay discreet: light kit, and I film without blocking the stand or interrupting your sales conversations.
  • I cover several days if needed, to capture the highlights of each one.
  • I plan vertical and landscape from the start, so both formats come from one shoot.

How it works

  1. Brief

Tell me what you need through the form, then we jump on a call to pin down the objective, location, date and budget.

    You’ll get a detailed quote.
  2. Pre-production

Running order, interview questions, shot list and a location recce if needed.

You sign off the shooting plan.
  3. The shoot

Proper lighting and sound, without getting in the way of your teams or your guests.

Nothing for you to handle on the day.
  4. Post-production and delivery

Edit, colour grade, subtitles and a version for every channel, with rounds of feedback included.

You get files ready to publish.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a trade show video cost?

It depends on the number of days on site, the number of videos and any photography. You’ll get a detailed quote within 48 hours.

Do you need to be there every day of the show?

No. We choose the most useful days together: opening day, the busiest day, a key moment on the stand.

Can you interview visitors or exhibitors?

Yes. A few quick questions in vertical format often make the most-watched videos.

Do you also photograph the stand?

Yes, photos and video can be shot on the same days.

Do we need to arrange badges and exhibitor access?

Yes, an exhibitor or contractor badge is needed to access the stand during build-up and opening hours. I’ll tell you what to request from the organiser.
