Quote request form

When you complete the form, the information you provide (project type, date, budget, name, company, email and, optionally, phone number and message) is sent to me by email so that I can respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote.

• Lawful basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
• Recipient: Marius Kermoal only. Your data is never sold or used for third-party marketing.
• Processors: Web3Forms (form delivery service) and Google (email).
• Retention period: 3 years from our last contact, unless there is an ongoing business relationship.

Cookies and audience measurement

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic (page views, quote requests, clicks on the phone number and email address). These cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are only set if you consent via the banner shown on your first visit. They are stored for no more than 13 months.

Your choice is saved in your browser for 6 months, after which you will be asked again. You can change it at any time: manage cookies.

Videos are hosted on YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and only load when you click play. No data is sent to YouTube until you do.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Google Ireland Limited (Firebase Hosting), which may keep technical logs (IP address, browser type) to ensure the security and proper functioning of the service.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict its processing and to object to it. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@mariuskermoal.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
